Proxy obtained this property in 2022 and will recreate this 17 unit motel into various apartments. There is a strong need for affordable housing within the metroplex. Once this completely remodeled complex is finished, Proxy's existing relationships with organizations who stand for affordable housing will be one of Dallas' newest and affordable, fair housing complexes.
